What is Fascial Stretch Therapy?
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a system of assisted stretching which focuses on the muscles, joints, and connective tissue, such as fascia. With the client on a treatment table, the therapist will help you stabilize your body as you are gently helped into specific stretches to help facilitate relaxation and movement into your joints and body.
What is Fascia?
Fascia is a network of layered connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones and joints. Restricted fascia can lead to conditions such as osteoarthritis and increased muscle tightness. Additionally, it can cause muscle strains and tendon injuries as well as scar tissue formation. Besides that, restricted fascia can cause headaches, decreased blood flow and reduced energy levels.
Who can benefit from FST?
Trade and skill laborers
Busy Moms and Dads
Runners, Cyclists, Swimmers, etc.
Anyone with daily aches and pains
And so many others!
Benefits of FST
What makes this process different from other flexibility and treatment programs is that each stretch begins with a light traction of the joint being treated. This allows for a deeper stretch by creating more space in joint. This is an excellent treatment choice for those wanting to improve flexibility and mobility, recover from training, decrease daily aches/pains, improve posture, and prevent future injuries. Plus, it helps you feel AMAZING!

How to Schedule
Due to COVID-related restrictions, we are being extra logistical and cautious with scheduling Stretch Therapy sessions. Our primary goal is ensuring optimal safety and cleanliness. Currently, we are reserving small gaps of time in between each session so that we can properly sanitize the table and all touched surfaces. Therefore, we are only scheduling sessions via phone and email for the time being. Also, our initial hours will only be available Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays but our hope is to open up more days as soon as possible! Simply call/text us at 814-330-3976 or email at email@example.com to experience for yourself!
