Employee Safety Procedures
Staff Face Masks
Staff will be required to wear masks while onsite. After each stretch appointment, they will thoroughly wash their hands before returning to next session. They will also be sanitizing consistently and thoroughly.
Staff Health Checks
Every staff member will have their temperature checked at the beginning of their shift. When necessary, we will follow our elevated temperature protocol.
Staff Hospitality and Safety
Your lounge staff is here to help, from a safe distance. We’ve put protocols in place that limit staff from leaving the front desk, aside from studio cleaning. When absolute necessary, staff will (safely) assist clients.
Our Sanitizing Protocols
Top-Grade Disinfectant & More Frequent Cleaning
Revived staff will use a disinfectant proven to kill viruses like COVID-19 in all common areas before and after check-ins, with a heightened attention to our tables, chairs and high-touch surfaces. We will also be cleaning the offices from top to bottom at the end of each day.
Disinfecting High-Touch Surfaces
After every client comes through our doors, we will be wiping down our reception desks, waiting room chairs/benches, door handles (both inside and outside the space), bathroom spaces, as well as the hand sanitizing bottles.
Disinfection Tables
All tables, headrests, chairs, boots, and related equipment will be thoroughly disinfected.
Disposable Cleaning Supplies
We will only be utilizing paper towels and disposable wipes, avoiding reusable materials.
Before You Stretch/Use Boots
Client Masks
Masking is obviously a very touchy subject. All of our practitioners are vaccinated and do not currently wear masks as a default but we are always willing to wear one if the client feels more comfortable with us doing so. Please let us know if that's something you'd prefer and we'll make sure it happens!
Only Bring Necessities
We highly suggest bringing only the necessities and coming prepared in comfortable stretch clothing to minimize the use of bathrooms/changing areas.
Strictly Enforced Appointment Times
We will be strictly enforcing appointment times. If you arrive late to your appointment, you can either choose to reschedule or utilize the time you have left on the table. We must end each appointment on time, in order to ensure we have ample time to clean in between appointments.
Appointment Cancellation Deadline
To allow as many clients as possible to get stretched, we will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy. Please remember to cancel 24 hours prior to your stretch appointment. Failure to do so will result in required payment.

Let’s Keep Each Other Safe
We’ve put a lot of protocols in place, with details beyond what you’ve seen listed here. Our safety process will be most effective if we all make sure to do our part.
When You Should Not Come Into The Lounge:
-
If you have a cough, fever or symptoms of COVID-19.
-
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has.
-
If you feel unwell in any regard.
-
If you are a part of any high-risk group.
-
If you have any concerns about coming in, please stay home and stay safe.
If any of the above reasons apply and you've purchased a future session(s), we will happily credit you and welcome you back when you’re healthy and feel comfortable coming back.
Lastly, we are encouraging clients and staff members alike to limit person-to-person contact. Moving forward, we will continue to monitor the situation.
While we’re taking every precaution to keep our community safe (and encourage you to do the same), we’re acutely aware of and highly prepared for the possibility of a second wave. Stay safe out there!
